    @Laiwethel: Dress in layers! :p

    T minus two days until a conflict starts between my parents vs. my fiance and I. :eek: :bang:

    I hope I have the correct type and amount of weapons to use against them without crossing any lines.
    *sigh*
    Why do parents try to make you live a life *they* think you should live, instead of just letting you live a life that you've chosen? :confused: What's right for them just isn't right for us, but they are so blinded by their religion to see past that fact. :toofar: :rolling:

    *shrugs* I'd rather starve and eat ramen noodles 7 days a week than go back with my mother. I guess I have my pride.

    Are finances *THAT* bad, Kitrax? Have you come to the point where your back is on the wall, with no other options?

    If you don't mind me asking, what do you have, Lai? Perhaps with our collective knowledge, we can diagnose and cure your ailment.

    WARNING: I've been away for three days and am just now responding to things people said at some time within that period. Prepare to be confused and disoriented! :roll:

    @Tal:
    Yeah, that might even be a little my fault too. These spammers have gotten so used to my posts breaking up their constant streams that they overflowed their banks when I left. :shake:

    You all should get used to 3 or 4 posts a page so that you don't screw up like that again when one of us leaves! :p

    @kuemper:
    So what did I look like playing volleyball? I bet I was quite strapping. :grin:

    On date formats:
    Neither m/d/y nor d/m/y make any sense at all. The true format is y/m/d. The biggest amount of time should be put first so that it is counted as greater when looking at an date input into a file. That way, you don't have to do any f***ed up formatting to just check dates against each other.

    The reason that m/d/y got started was because people are too lazy to write the year at the beginning all the time, so they'd then add it at the end if they forgot it but later found out they needed it. d/m/y would make the most sense if our numbering system looked like this:

    4
    65
    793+
    -----
    754

    (4+56+397=457 for people like HB who can't be bothered to turn on their brains. :p )

    :lol:

    @Saber: I feel like a 20 tonne truck has hit me repeatedly. Sneezing, coughing, sore throat. I've also been feeling kind of achy.

    Though after a day of not doing much, I'm feeling somewhat better.

    @Felinoid: I don't think so. :p DMY is the natural formal in normal language, so people might as well have started using it in computing because of that reason.

    WTF? Chev is less than 100 posts away from getting to 10,000!?! :eek: I for one am terrified! :mommy:

    I hate this apartment...the stench of ciggerette smoke keeps me caughing at all times that I'm home. :sick: The worst part is, no matter the reason, health related or not, the apartment managment will still charge us $1500 to break the lease! :bang:

    Where's an arsonist when you need a building burned down? :rolling:

    :eek: :eek: :eek: I bought a package of socks today and there was one pale-pink pair. Blaachhh I HATE pink and I'm actually wearing them. I guess nobody will see them underneath my computer.

    Pink is a crime.

    Well except the Pink Panther. He's cool. :cool:

    @Kitrax: If you're so desperate, try C-4 and Napalm (or anything highly volatile). Now that's an explosive combo. Big boom and big inferno guarenteed. :evil:

    Or, you could send some guys to... force the management to change their minds. :evil:

    Feeling like an evil mastermind tonight... :evil:

    If you really want to explode something, use asphault and pure oxygen. Works like a charm. Just grab an O2 tank and smash it on the street next to the building. Although, I'd want to be far away from there if I were you...

    @chev:
    Then why is time formatted as hh:mm:ss instead of ss:mm:hh? Bigger should naturally come first. :p
