Yesterday my friends' (who are twin so therefore the ''s'' in friends) 18 birthday. Me Hangover now, Bad hangover Meh. I went to bed at crawl back to bed from too much alchool o' clock (6 AM) and now I'm waking up at my body needs some nutriements other than nachos o' clock ( 1:15 PM)

Need nutriements precious nutriements must survive... Bleh

@Ofelix: For those hard "day after" Jolt Ultra works like a charm. As for food... I gobble one big Ruffles Sour Cream & Onion with a 2L of Coke Zero and it does the trick. Try it. If you don't like Sour Cream & Onion, try whatever flavour of Ruffles that tickle your fancy. The same for cola.

This almost sounds like a doctor's prescription...

 

Take one Ruffles and coke and call me in the morning.

@ Ofelix: consume 1 jammy doughnut, followed by a glass of apple juice. Works like a charm (and if not, there's always ibuprofen).

@ Kitrax: Ellesime, definitely. You know it makes sense.

 

Ahhh I'm fine sort of... No I ate cheese noddles with orange juice and It went fine. I think I'll survive 'til the next two parties who are next week.

I know too many people who are mushrooms.

It's funny how sometimes a really awful hangover can make everything seem funny. Some buddies of mine once laughed nearly an hour at a glass of tepid, grey water.

 

I need gum.

Phew! Now that that's out of the way, let's name the cat. Tiana, Priss or Faldorn, all are very catty.

I've discovered a new smell that I'm totally into, but makes me want to vomit bile.

 

No more alchool for me... Awwwww shot me someone! please!

 

Chevalier bats his boots with a cane and speaks with a hard-voiced nasal accent:

That's the one I ascribe to. So far, I've managed not to get a hangover, and I'm in my thirties, so it seems to work pretty well.

On a more sensible (gasp) note, hangovers are primarily dehydration. Water'll cure 'em, although you will feel queasy when you first start drinking water.

 

Err people I'm grateful to all advices, but I'm relatively fine now, I ate and I drank something else than nachos and alchool . I'm fine really, thanks anyway for the support.

Now I just feel like crap nonetheless.

Hangover farts smell something fierce. And it's always the exact same smell. Going #2 is a big part of getting rid of a hangover. It's becoming like a ritual for me.

 

Well, our new kitten is now officially named Abbie . Not my choosing, but it works.

 

@ Susipaisti: that's why I stopped drinking bitter; the resultant gas it gave me could stun a yak at 40 paces. After a particularly heavy session, I was stuck in bed for most of the day feeling ****. When one of my housemates poked his head round the door to see if I was alive, he turned green and was almost ill.

From that day forth, I've stuck to lager: for my health, and the planet's.
