    Uh, edible? :p

/me cast Cure Disease on ofelix, though how a gem gets sick is beyond me :hmm:

Sometimes, being evil isn't just killing things and breaking the rules. Sometimes, just sometimes, it's befriending someone, milking them for all they're worth and then ditching them in a defunct gas station on the Coast Way.

Espresso is a good painkiller for the head. The special espresso-specific grains I bought yesterday served out of my beloved pressure machine with a sizeable layer of froth almost make ibuprom superfluous.

Perhaps it should be just a couple of beers in the evening, no overnight dancing. Then again, once upon a time, I went dancing several hours after my wisdom tooth was removed, when I was still on antibiotics, painkillers and stuff. ;)

A little head ache won't keep our dear chev away from dancing, will it? ;)

/me pats chev on the back...there there. :p

As for me I'm overjoyed that I'm finally finding pleasure in reading a book again. I blame it all on that cursed Blechtrommel and that evil little Oskar.

Thanks for the hug, Uytuun. ;)

Nothing came out of the dancing plans. Everyone had to go. I ended up paying for the cab, while I could have gone home by bus, had I known for sure no one would pursue any continuation of the pub visit.

Probably for the better, though. I don't think I would have enjoyed a night in a random dancing club. I may be decadent but I don't like the indecent atmosphere in every club in this city. It would be different for my friends but not otherwise, so... No regrets, I guess.

Speaking of the DMV, all I can say about the CA DMV is F**K YEAH! Using my CA birth cirtifacte, SS card, and claiming I live with my brother, I was able to bypass the $275+ fees to get my driver's license in UT, I spent $140 (on a plane ticket) to get my CA driver's license! I justified the cost as a "vacation" since I visited my brother and my grandma while I was down there. The DMVs down there are fast, easy, and painless! :thumb: Unlike here in UT, where you have to wait an hour or more. :bang:

On my written exam, I got 100% and on my road test, I got a 5 (a 15 is failing). First try on each.

So now Spellbound has nothing one me! :p :rolling:

It is a great painkiller for the head if you are having headaches due to caffeine withdrawal.
