Only Irish coffee provides in a single glass all four essential food groups: alcohol, caffeine, sugar, and fat. :coffee:

Since you're talking about your NaNo, PLEASE tell me you didn't lose over a million words!

Also, I think I'm on the verge of catching a cold or, worse yet, a/the flu.

Another also, that ham/bacon/onion/tabasco pizza from Saturday still burns my tongue 30 minutes after eating the remains. No soft drink to wash it away with either.

Nope... over 1000 words, I just added the K out of reflex :p

All went well; I just had to call Helldesk about my broadband after I got the darn code from the original retainler.

One midterm done, one to go. Add on top of that yet another phonetics transcription and latin translation, it will be a miracle if I don't end up absolutely crazy by the end of the week.

Oh, wait... I already am

@Laiwethel: What kind of course are you doing exactly? I've read a fair few posts of yours where you have to do latin assignments, translations etc etc.

    I'm curious.

@Faraaz: I'm majoring in Ancient History & Classics at university, with an emphasis in archaeology and linguistics. This year, I'm taking Latin, Egyptian archaeology, Greek & Roman archaeology, Phonetics and Historical Linguistics.

I tend to have to translate a passage of Latin every two weeks or so, and transcribe some language into the International Phonetic Alphabet every week. Unfortunately, all of my assignments are due on Wednesdays, hence my constant complaining about them ;) .

And yes, I know I'm nuts.

    /me looks in the mirror

All fear the mighty and potent wizard Chevaddon the Undershaved!

No, I can't be bothered. I'm not shaving today. No way. Mention shaving and I'll turn you into a coffee bush.

Need coffee. Need sleep. Strange, isn't it? There's a class in two hours, so sleep has to wait.

@Faraaz: It's actually only 11 hours of class a week, but having at least two assignments a week is not my idea of fun.

@Ara: Of course you can use the fireballs. Just don't burn yourself :p

Heh, when Hades takes to donning mafia-style clothing (in my head), you know things are looking up.

After having taken in pointers, references, copy constructors and overloading member functions, I cannot find room in my brain to understand operator overloading.

    Cheers, Balle!

I'm with you Chev...I don't want to shave either. My problem is that I HAVE to before going in to work. They'll let me grow a mustache, but that's not what I want. Mustaches are for guys named Dick. I just want a well maintained beard/go-tee. :rolling:
