    First workout in a long time, did my old ab workout (about 25 minutes worth) with some push-ups and squats and now debating whether or not to go on a jog.

    Should I mention that it's 2:00am and I've been in a productive mood all day... lots of cleaning.

    Well, I did it. Just a couple miles (far cry from the 20 or so a week I started going in the Summer), but it absolutely killed me.

    Yeah, I hear that speed will do that to you...once the drug wears off, you're left feeling miserable from doing overly strenuous activities you shouldn't have... But that's a quick fix: take more speed! :p

    [​IMG] Feeling sick as a dog :rolleyes: can't even take anything for it as it's taking things for my original pains have caused this - bah! Now have a thumping headache, am constantly feeling tired and lethargic, haven't even managed to stay sitting upright as it just makes me plain dizzy.

    So much for me being a fast healer :shake:

    I'll do one better.

    I just survived two brain surgeries, and now I gotta cut back the meds big time, because my stomach is so upset I can hardly eat.

    So I'll be choosing between painkillers and food. I've lost 20kg since the first surgery, because the painkillers were the better choice between the two surgeries.

    'tleast the long-term pain eased after the second surgery - making the choice of food actually viable. Well, I still feel nauseous and feels like someone's bashing my head with a baseball bat, but I actually managed to eat a sandwich.

    Worst two months ever.
