I made waffles for dinner last night....cinnamon waffles... :yum:

I'd cook more often if it didn't require cleaning up.

The rule in my house is whoever cooks doesn't have to clean up.

We don't always follow the rule (we end up cleaning up together, usually), though.

Woke up with a massive headache. Now starting to get early symptoms of cold/flu, and what will possibly turn into fever. Not a good start to the week.

Sounds like you're about 2 days behind me. I've been chugging Lucozade all day to cure myself.

Gah, my nose is drooling

On the good side: I probably won't have to work tomorrow. Flipside, I'll be home sick.

[IMG] It's flu season on SP!

Maybe we should call it the Splunge flu :hippy:

Looks like it's time to explain the problem in a bit more depth...

It's not a connection issue. Every time I try to Join or Create a multiplayer game, I get a blackscreen. I tried patching it and no luck, same thing happens. Tried reinstalling too. In the end I gave up, and am running a single player campaign, which you can read about here! (Shameless plug over)

The Splunge flu's fatal. You don't want that. The lucky ones only develop a really, really warped sense of humor.

"The Splunge flu..." that's hard to say.

My immune system must be at 110% this month. I've been around sick people all week, and I've not caught anything. (knock on wood) :D

In other news...I *really* need a new beard trimmer. I have to shave before work tomorrow, and my old trimmer pulls out more hair than it cuts. :nolike:

I remember when I used to read all the posts in the Alley of Dangerous Angles... wow, that's a lot of reading.

[IMG] I skim them all nowadays, I try not to post that much because I know very little about politics and laws and such, especially in foreign countries. I try to learn what I can, but it's not a subject that enthralls me so I struggle to remember most things about it.

I stopped going to the alleys because I know very little about American politics (a prime topic of discussion) and it can take a very large devotion of time to read some of the posts there.

I just had a pot of spicy chili and tasted noting. What a waste. Could have eaten gruel as well.

Don't say that about the chili, it would be "gruel" to hurt it's feelings... haha, I'm a riot...

Haha I even stop reading posts in the Alleys from threads I make... it just gets to be too much stuff, and if you miss even a day, there are like 85 more pages to read...

I have to protest this utter lack of respect. :grr:

Heh. I kinda like that one. :D

    Or Splungarrhea

I post occasionally in the Alleys. But then, most of them are off-topic, mainly because I like to give the mods something to complain about. :p
