Kitrax, has that happened to you before? Or anyone else here, for that matter? It's a known issue, but it goes back more than a year and as I've never encountered it I was certain that everything was in order... the problem is that it can be caused by about a dozen different things. If it's just you, clearing your browser's cache is supposed to help.

Nope, never happened to me before.

argh, on one of the rare day where I have a craving for Kraft Dinner, we don't have any in the cupboard. And being in pyjamas, I don't feel like driving to the supermarket... WHY????

I went voting today in our communal elections. It was utterly uneventful. Boring even. We had an old fashioned paper ballot that was safe to use even for complete morons (i.e. cross the candidate of your choice, one cross per ballot).

Amazingly, no one protested that votes got stolen. One may think that the election was organised with superior German efficiency and characteristic Teutonic administrative thoroughness. Actually I have never experienced an election where it was different. But hey, Germany is a first world country

I can understand how you feel! In Hockey, one of the top defenseman with the Montreal Canadians (who played on the top defense line and was said to be the future captain of the team) prefered to leave the team via free agency and he signed with one of the team's nemesis, the Toronto Maple Leafs! Damn you!!

If you ever get to watch 'The Vicar of Dibly' Look out for the episode with the elections. One of the characters says 'I didn't know who to vote for but I really didn't want Labour to get in so I put a big cross by them'

[IMG] My most memorable vote ever was when I wrote on the ballot, "I vote for Santa Claus, since I believe in him more than in the politicians!"

    My candidate wasn't elected. ;)

It happens to me once every blue moon or so. Last time I happened to me, it was several months ago, and IIRC, I lost an uber-long post that time too. :grr:

In other news, I need a new plastic chair mat thingy for my computer chair. The one I currently have is all broken n’ stuff.

Ahh poor Saber. Scott Kazmir is a fun talent, but his salary increases sooo much over the next three years that Tampa probably couldn't afford him.

What a shame, hopefully Tampa won't end up like the Marlins, dumping good young talent once they are sucessful because they can't afford to pay them the big bucks. Only if the Pro sports would have a salary cap that all teams could afford, then we would start seeing more Gwynns, Ripkens and Younts of the older days again. Wishful thinking though....

Awww bless her! Ashley always says 'uh-oh'.
We went to get Robs phone upgraded on saturday and Ashley sat in the car and said 'What doon?' (his way of asking what's happening today) I said 'We're going to get daddy a new phone'. Ashley said 'Aww..daddy uh-oh?'

On the contrary I think the Marlins have it down, for a small (tiny) market down they do it perfectly. They load up on young talent and have enough that they can usually win before they risk losing the players. Rather than pay big contracts they get rid of the players for more young talent to win again in a few years.

It really is tough if you care about a player though.
