    I filed my taxes back in early February and I have been waiting now for over 6 weeks for my refund. I reviewed the stupid IRS website and did everything possible to find out what is going on with my Tax refund. After waiting for a hour on the phone I discover that they will be sending me a letter asking for additional information, etc... The letter is being sent by snail mail and can take up to 14 business days before I receive it. How much longer am I going to wait after I submit the information they requested; another 6 weeks.

    So, after talking to the tards I pulled out my photo copies I made of the information I sent and review everything. They should have more than enough information to process the forms; nothing really changed since last year expect I got a big raise at work and that can be seen in my W-2.

    I am really getting sick of the US government. Why don't we have a straight tax system where there is no refund, etc... I would prefer this methond as it would definitely make it easier for the average person and it would also make more sense given that the super rich can easily make it look like they don't have money.

    I would rather be tax a % of my income without any of this rebate crap, etc... I would be happy because at least I wouldn't have to go through the headache of waiting over 12 weeks for my tax refund. I have a feeling someone in the IRS lost one of the forms I sent over and now I have to resubmit it and if that is the case I will be calling and using words that I try not use on a regular basis.

    I wonder if I could charger them for my time?

    MB: Invest in tax software. It's free if your taxes are not complex and you don't make very much. If you make more than the cutoff for free tax software you should be able to afford the nominal charge. The software ensures all necessary information and forms are submitted.

    I've done my taxes using TaxCut for years now and usually get my refund in within 10 days of filing (direct deposit).

    Hey guess who won in " Flix vs The Knife " ? I wanted to make another hole in my belt, the bloody thing is too large and so are my pants. I need new pants, somehow it's better when my clothes are too large than too small. Maybe if I stopped systematically skipping lunch and/or breakfast, meh.

    I should start going to bed earlier than 4 am... because I end up sleeping until 1 pm and by then, most of the day is gone.

    I should also probably get work done before break is over so I am not stressed the first week back. Or I could keep playing Dead Space :p

    Hehehehe...I'm addicted to Mob Wars on FB. I'm currently milking money from some moron who apparently has a lot of cash to waste...I've attacked him at least 20 times over the past few days, and every time I do, I steal $70,000 from him! :evil: In retaliation, he adds me to the hitlist for $2,000,00+...so I die, and loose $0 and a few XP points, which I just get back from attacking him a few more times! :D

    They've caught me. I can't tell the specifics, but here's a picture. :mommy:

    I didn't actually buy the books, only the DM screen and some new dice. Instead, I borrowed the books from a library (the only copies in Helsinki, but I can keep re-borrowing them for five times or something).
