    we grilled ribs today. they marinated all night, then got a flavorful rub, and gave it an hour to sink in before slowly cooking them over a low grill. they came out very tender and spicy. now my days off are over, and i go back to work tomorrow. but it's a good place. they fed us pizza last friday

    Well, the Chili came out that wasn't overly spicy (but then again, I'm the only one that likes it really spicy), but it never really thickened up...

    Still goo though...

    In other news: Faculty field trip tomorrow, and obligatory, no less. I've already been to the place we're going and have no desire to repeat the experience. So I'll waste a whole day on nothing (more or less). :(

    Thanks guys.

    Bus journey back up home was awful though- not only were there shrieking children, but when they paused to draw breath, there were audible couples all around me. I chose my seat well! As a final point, they seats were of the kind that are too small for me to sit straight, so I had to adopt some twisted shape in order just to sit there. When I got off, I was not in a good mood.

    Okay, rant over.
