    After slogging through desertlike conditions in the middle of a heatwave with a a third of my bodyweight on my back, I was extremely sweaty, dehydrated, and tired. However, I still got some action ;) ,so screw you, Lynx!

    Damn, I am so sick. Couldn't be arsed to haul myself to the computer all day yesterday... but I DID re-watch Reloaded.

    Now, going thorough my e-mail I have had several fangirl moments... I eve SQUEALED, for whatever's sake.

    I am so jealous of my listmates! They met the Rayment Twins in a convention.... got hugs, too! And a kiss! GAH! :bang: So jealous. Why doesn't Hugo do cons?

    Also, the twins told them to say "hi" to the fangroup... so now technically I have been told "hi" by them.

    So jealous.

    Vomitable as it seems, it's largely true... Females are subconsciously attracted to male sweat, it stimulates their hormones and sets the organism on reproductive mode.

    Of course ones with suitable intelligence and/or wisdom score are able to make a succesful throw vs primitive urges. Some moderately refined ones are even genuinely put off by it the way refined males such as yours truly are repelled immediately by the Baywatch type ;)

    Even this, however, is not unconditional. Even those more evolutionally advanced still enjoy the basic and crude raw excitement, of course within some reasonable frames and borders.

    Actually the best reaction modifier achieved during my entire dandy carreer was at a university party where I turned up in a French-cuffed shirt largely unbuttoned in a disorderly fashion, pale like undead and drowsy because of lack of sleep, surrounded by coffee aroma and already after some raw booze on otherwise empty stomach.

    The second best one was when caffeine replaced haemoglobine in my blood and I was compelled to make reality checks each round: Jaheira... is this you?... Hmm....? Oh, ****, I'm not even speaking actually... Where's something I can lean on...

    @Alexander: I'm not "obsessed" with my city nor my country, what I feel for Rome is just plain love (even if it sounds strange to describe a love feeling as "plain").
    The same applies for most italian people I know, fortunately we're not very nationalistic.

    P.S.: There's no crappy sarcasm in all of the above! :D :cool:

    Aragorn II, you mean your plain love for Rome also applies to most Italian people you know? Man, you must be busy :lol: :grin: :lol:

    No coffee day today for me. Tomorrow I'm having an important appointment and I'd better be in my best form... which definitely means real sleep and being genuinely well-rested rather than hyper and sustained by caffeine :rolleyes:
