Well, Daryl and Glenn are kind of okay as well from the main cast. T-Dog isn't that terrible, but gets very little screen time. But the rest... Rick Grimes talks annoyingly, like everything he says is a speech and should carry great weight. Shane actually has the same thing when he talks, everything he says sounds really forced as well. The story itself just crawls along and when something does happen, it's never really smart or all that surprising.

I wish they made it a better show, so I would really have an excuse to watch it. Everything is in place to make it really awesome, but I can't help feel a little disappointed with most of the episodes.

@ Mesmero - I started a new thread in the Sensorium about The Walking Dead, if you want to discuss it further over there BTW I only slightly agree with some of what you are saying and mostly disagree with it :p.

@Old One - It's one of my favourite shows too ;).

Well since its Sunday I think I will do a few chores around the house and then build something functional but not necessary as an assemblage sculpture. I'm so happy the hot weather has taken a break. Overcast with small showers suits me fine.

Never heard of the Walking Dead, but I'm sick and tired of the zombie craze, everything seem to be about zombies now! Just quit it already it's not funny anymore. Why can't anybody green line a show about Space Pirates ? It would have the two best thing in the universe; space and pirates -- I'm going to preemptively say that no Ninjas are not awesomer than pirates, they never were and never will be.

Speaking of semi disappointing shows the fifth and final season of Eureka really dropped the ball, it seems they wanted to do an arch story about some sort of conspiracy but ended up being confusing, cliché, and not really interesting. Meh, can't wait to be disappointed tomorrow for the finale and let the internet know just how much the finale wasn't that good ! Overall Eureka was a good show.

Yah, Space Pirates sounds cool. But what if the Space Pirates attack a ship that is infested with zombies? Then what Flix? :p

Then the show will be ruined, obviously.

@ Dice - So far, I can only manage paninis. Even the moisture on most deli meats is enough to ruin the bread for me, unless it's toasted. I'm not really sure why even that slight amount of wetness is such a problem for me, but it is.

Zombies: I like them. I like all supernatural creatures. I don't think any of them have been overdone. There are always potential new twists because each author/creator has a different idea. Penguins, on the other hand . . . Supernatural penguins might be fun, but otherwise, I don't really care about penguins.

Space Pirates and Space Ninjas both sound cool to me (and I don't think either is awesomer -- I think they're both great). So start writing the Space Pirate story, already, Ofelix!

Uhm, Challenge accepted ! So, give me some time though creative writing can take a long time. Plus it will be interesting to write fiction again plus not in my native tongue too ! This should be quite fun. So look for it in the Creative Surge... some time in the future.

@ Vorona - Hmmm, I'm really starting to get the feeling that you underestimate penguins. On the other hand I'm pretty impressed how you gave Flix the incentive to write a story. No wonder you are a teacher. My advice, don't teach penguins.

@Flix - YOU ARE WRONG!!!! Space pirate ZOMBIES would be awesome. :p

It would appear that the internet agrees with you...somehow. I still don't :p -- even though the games looks freakin' awesome.

I have to admit that zombies are a bit easier to take than emo vampires. Just no emo zombies! :p

Dice, you're probably right about the penguins. But not everyone can like everything. Go out and write amazing things about penguins. I'll stick to vampires :) (even though everyone hates them right now -- but I agree with Gaear about the emo ones).

Ofelix, I'll keep my eye on Creative Surge. I look forward to seeing what you come up with!

I'm really stressed out about work right now. So, I'm going to go to bed. Hopefully, that will help.

Well going to bed does help Vorona - its waking up in the morning with your head full of things you have to do and realizing that you can't keep sleeping that sucks :p It's true though that a good sleep makes you think straighter.

And that brings up an important point. The MUG has been sadly neglected these past few weeks. What's up? I miss all the swearing and loose tongues (pun intended)

Silvery, Flix, Gaear, Old One, Tal, BT, dmc, Shoshino, Reep, joacqin, T2, Eight (wherever you are) and any other regulars I missed - As well as anyone else who want to read naughty stuff. :p I know you are around ....Our poor MUG is suffering. Are you guys all turning into tea-toddlers? Or has someone put saltpeter in your food? :p

*end rant* BTW, I'm not really yelling at you Old One because you just joined and probably noticed it was dead when you joined. Also I didn't include Mon on the list because he recently commented there and here, so he's on the 'good' list.

EDIT* lol Gaear - sorry I missed the last comment while I was writing this one - must have posted at the same time.
    Now that's the spirit! ;)

Well, nobody's posting anything in the MUG because everyone's waiting for someone else to start. Dice, I think that's your cue right there...

I considered joining the MUG once, just to see what all the fuzz is about, but then I got slapped in the face with a huge disclaimer and lost interest.

I wanted to install Windows 8, but then I got slapped in the face with a huge disclaimer and lost interest. I have now returned to good old MS-DOS and I like it that way! :shake:

:p I posted there before I posted here, Dragon. But a little bells and whistles and flashing lights always help attract attention right?

@ Mesmero - Wow, you don't know what you're missing. It's like being a little kid and finding a bunch of lingerie catalogues hidden away in your neighbours garage.

@Mon - Ok, well its better than being listless isn't it?
