1280x800 on my 15.4" widescreen laptop. That resolution seems to work best for me.

Another 1024 x 768 resolution here. I don't recall why I switched up from 800 x 600 exactly, but I really miss it. I think it was a game I play that needed a higher resolution.

1024x768 on a 17 inch CRT screen. I keep telling myself I'll get a better screen when this one dies, or just starts acting up, but so far it's working flawlessly. I can't play most games above this resolution anyway, and besides I really do like CRT screens :)

The results of this poll are quite interesting, because our site stats say that an equal number of visitors use the 1280 and 1024 resolutions, whereas here there's a 10% difference between the two. The sample here is very small though, so this might change if the votes get up to 100.

1024x768 on a 17'' CRT... but I don't plan on switching out anytime in the near future.

It is interesting indeed, I assume Tal can use this info for a possible next graphical update of BOM.

1680 x 1050 on a 21" lcd. Problem is, some games (like bg2, kotor) doesn't allow widescreen resolutions, so all my characters look fat :(

    Icono, Are you playing BG2 in 800 X 600 or 1024 X 768? I've a wide screen monitor too and the characters in BG2 doesn't look that bad in 1024 X 768. Of course my resolution is 1400 X 900 not 1680 X 1050.

    I play in 1024x768. BG2 actually looks ok, but KOTOR2 doesn't :(

17" 1280x1024, my original plan when I bought this computer was to buy a 21" 1600 X 1200 monster, but there weren't any at the shop, so I just took the cheapest available.

21" 1600X1200, if it is any smaller the icons are too big.
Besides, this let's me have more info at the screen than smaller res.
Although I only have the one and only radeon 9800 pro(with a non working fan! 50 C° as soon as my computer is on, if I'm playing then it's smoking hot :D) so games are played at 800X600 med settings, or low :D
I don't think I've _ever_ played a game at high settings :D expect BG2 or some such.

    1680 x 1050, should have been a poll option.

Same as above. I guess we both have a 17" flat-screen. Next, though, I will have a 30" widescreen as the barest minimum. :D

I feel special because I'm an "other" - 1680x1050 is mine. 22" wide monster of a thing, it be.
