    USA - The Woodlands, Texas, - north of Houston. Yes, it's in the middle of a forest, and all the trees helps to shield us from the dirty smog and polluted air of Houston. And that makes me very happy. :grin:

    Bah. Apparently I come from nowhere because there is no option on this poll to indicate where I am from. What option should people from countries like Papua New Guinea, Fiji, The Maldives, The Seychelles, Tahiti, New Caledonia, Vanuatu, Niue, Tonga, Western Samoa, or NEW ZEALAND have to shoe-horn themselves into in order to be able to answer this poll question? :(

    HB - Although it does not appear on the poll, I think that part of the world is known as "Oceania," but that may be an Americanized name for it. :hmm:

    Maybe I should put 'Antartica' seeing as there is a section of that continent (the Ross dependency) which is legally under New Zealand's jurisdiction.

    "Australia" is a country so it won't suffice as the name of a continent / region (it would be like saying that Mexico is in the USA). "Australasia" would be acceptable as the area containing Australia, New Zealand, and Papua New Guinea, but still excludes the Pacific islands. So "Oceania" would appear to be the best word to use for the missing "continent" in this survey.

    Harbourboy, since people living in the USA are now called "Americans" I thought Mexico, Canada and everthing else is in the USA. :p Guess one is never to old to learn. :geezer:
