    Yeah, I enjoy most sorts of fish... Nothing like smoked salmon on toast... Or without toast.
    For other enjoyable sorts of fish, I don't know the English names, but a definite yes in any case.

    Here little fishy, ok favourites include Halibut, Salmon (fresh, Smoked and Gravad Lax), Haddock, Turbot, Monkfish, Snapper, Tuna, Hake, Cod, Mackerel, Shark, Trout, Sea Trout, Swordfish, Sea Bass, Sea Bream, Scallops, Mussels, Oysters, Clams, Crab, Lobster, Prawns, Shrimp, NZ Crayfish, Langoustines, Kingfish etc etc and my favourite way of cooking it steaming or Papillot

    And always Fresh not Farmed, Farmed fish have chemicals added to their foodstuffs to make them the right colour

    Oh, a little thing to add to this discussion: Fish oil helps protect your brain. Any physical ailment of the brain (stroke, cancer, etc.) will be reduced in severity if you've got a good supply of fish oil.

    I really don't like cooked fish - fried fish or raw fish for me. Sashimi is one of my favorite foods. Can't beat fresh Maguro :yum:

    I especially hate cooked Tuna and Salmon, but those are my two favorite fishes raw.

    Put me squarely in the seafood lovers column. My co-workers have reached the point where they are shocked when we go out for dinner and I don't order at least one seafood dish.
