    Dorn's Deep was the best area. I particularly liked the great lightning trap area and the lower mines of the svirfneblin.

    Yeah, the Severed Hand was the best chapter. Wyrm's Tooth (and the first half of chapter 5) comes close; with all the gnomes hiding out and Dirty Lew.

    The atmosphere really pulls you into a Advanced Dungeons and Dragons setting. If I had to pick a game to introduce someone into Pen and Paper, I'd definately go with Icewind Dale.

    The area that starts where it's underground and all hot, and there are salamandas. That was a kewl area, if not massive and hard in places.

    Oh hey, the whole game was great except for the prologue.
