    [​IMG] what also stands between Ms and the doomsday scenario is the voice of the people which is what I have a strong feeling will wreck the doomsday scenario. That is actually all I wanted to say on this issuse in the first place. I guess I took bad step. :shake:

    Well, you finally made a sensible post, after 3 failed attempts. I was beginning to notice a pattern in your posts on this issue...

    And by the way, where you feel this topic should be is your own misguided opinion, which is fine as long as you keep it to yourself. But considering you're not a moderator here, let alone an admin, don't try to play one by publicly offering your opinion on the proper forum for this discussion. Hit the forum rules and read the section which explains that playing a moderator is against the forum rules. Not to mention that your trying it on me has only produced a humuorous effect thus far...

    And in so doing, violates laws that have been around for a century regarding anti-trust and business ethics.

    The United States Constitution says that you have the right to use your own property however you want, so long as it does not infringe upon the rights of others. There is no legal right for them to take this to the stage that they are planning to.

    NT is a large step up from MS-DOS shell.

    And I've never really cared for marketing very much. The RIAA and MPAA and all the other Middle-Man marketing companies are going to have to find a new Super-Mega-Extreme way of life. Maybe setting up speakers for concerts, or something productive like that.

    I still think the TCPA thing will fly for a couple of years in the States, before China shoots it out of the sky and sells the scrap metal.
