    Wojeck

Edit: Well, actually Wojeck was first by a long margin so really we should say that Quincy, M.E. was the American Wojeck.

Not what I'm thinking of. This show is less than 10 years old.

Wendy and Marvin appeared in this show but were replaced by Zan and Jayna when the show was resurrected under an expanded name.

The opening sequence of this show has a drawbridge coming down.

There is a giraffe and a rocking chair.

On a similar to the wonder twins note - this show's hero cast included a young male/female set of twins who were noted tricksters. Their names were the same except for one letter.

Tintin! No hang on, Thompson and Thomson weren't male and female. Damn!

Powerpuff Girls? With Floyd and Lloyd?

Never thought I'd be able to come up with two sets of one letter different twins......
