Here's an, I think, fairly obvious one, but it's late, and I'm tired so, without further ado:

    Conjunction Junction, what's your function?

Schoolhouse Rock! We have the full collection on DVD - Arlyn loves them as much as Hubby and I do! Hey, if it weren't for these little wondrous bits of lousy animation, I wouldn't be able to recite the Preamble to the Constitution. Honestly, I can't do it without singing that catchy little tune.

    Conjunction Junction, what's your function?
Hooking up words and phrases and clauses.
    Conjunction Junction, how's that function?
    I got three favorite cars
That get most of my job done.
    Conjunction Junction, what's their function?
I got "and", "but", and "or",
    They'll get you pretty far.

    "And":
That's an additive, like "this and that".
    "But":
    That's sort of the opposite,
    "Not this but that".
    And then there's "or":
O-R, when you have a choice like
    "This or that".
    "And", "but", and "or",
    Get you pretty far.

    Conjunction Junction, what's your function?
Hooking up two boxcars and making 'em run right.
Milk and honey, bread and butter, peas and rice.
    Hey that's nice!
Dirty but happy, digging and scratching,
Losing your shoe and a button or two.
He's poor but honest, sad but true,
    Boo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo!

    Conjunction Junction, what's your function?
Hooking up two cars to one
When you say something like this choice:
    "Either now or later"
    Or no choice:
    "Neither now nor ever"
    Hey that's clever!
Eat this or that, grow thin or fat,
Never mind, I wouldn't do that,
    I'm fat enough now!

    Conjunction Junction, what's your function?
Hooking up phrases and clauses that balance, like:
Out of the frying pan and into the fire.
    He cut loose the sandbags,
But the balloon wouldn't go any higher.
Let's go up to the mountains,
    Or down to the sea.
You should always say "thank you",
    Or at least say "please".

    Conjunction Junction, what's your function?
Hooking up words and phrases and clauses
    In complex sentences like:

    Conjunction Junction, what's your function?
Hooking up cars and making 'em function.
    Conjunction Junction, how's that function?
I like tying up words and phrases and clauses.
    Conjunction Junction, watch that function.
I'm going to get you there if you're very careful.
    Conjunction Junction, what's your function?
I'm going to get you there if you're very careful.
    Conjunction Junction, what's your function?
I'm going to get you there if you're very careful.

    And my personal favorite...

Boy: Woof! You sure gotta climb a lot of steps to get to this Capitol Building here in Washington. But I wonder who that sad little scrap of paper is?

    I'm just a bill.
    Yes, I'm only a bill.
And I'm sitting here on Capitol Hill.
Well, it's a long, long journey
    To the capital city.
    It's a long, long wait
    While I'm sitting in committee,
But I know I'll be a law someday
At least I hope and pray that I will,
But today I am still just a bill.

Boy: Gee, Bill, you certainly have a lot of patience and courage.

Bill: Well I got this far. When I started, I wasn't even a bill, I was just an idea. Some folks back home decided they wanted a law passed, so they called their local Congressman and he said, "You're right, there oughta be a law." Then he sat down and wrote me out and introduced me to Congress. And I became a bill, and I'll remain a bill until they decide to make me a law.

    I'm just a bill
    Yes I'm only a bill,
And I got as far as Capitol Hill.
Well, now I'm stuck in committee
And I'll sit here and wait
While a few key Congressmen discuss and debate
Whether they should let me be a law.
How I hope and pray that they will,
But today I am still just a bill.

Boy: Listen to those congressmen arguing! Is all that discussion and debate about you?

Bill: Yeah, I'm one of the lucky ones. Most bills never even get this far. I hope they decide to report on me favourably, otherwise I may die.

    Boy: Die?

Bill: Yeah, die in committee. Oooh, but it looks like I'm gonna live! Now I go to the House of Representatives, and they vote on me.

Boy: If they vote yes, what happens?

Bill: Then I go to the Senate and the whole thing starts all over again.

    Boy: Oh no!

    Bill: Oh yes!

    I'm just a bill
    Yes, I'm only a bill
And if they vote for me on Capitol Hill
Well, then I'm off to the White House
Where I'll wait in a line
With a lot of other bills
    For the president to sign
And if he signs me, then I'll be a law.
How I hope and pray that he will,
But today I am still just a bill.

Boy: You mean even if the whole Congress says you should be a law, the president can still say no?

Bill: Yes, that's called a veto. If the President vetoes me, I have to go back to Congress and they vote on me again, and by that time you're so old...

Boy: By that time it's very unlikely that you'll become a law. It's not easy to become a law, is it?

    Bill: No!

But how I hope and I pray that I will,
But today I am still just a bill.

Congressman: He signed you, Bill! Now you're a law!

    Bill: Oh yes!!!

Well, now we know what songs will be running through MY head for the next week and a half!

Oh yeah, I need to give another clue, don't I...

...You've got garlic in your soul...

but of course! and just because these lyrics are so darned much FUN, and since Google finds lyrics really, really, quickly...

You're a mean one, Mr. Grinch.
    You really are a heel.
You're as cuddly as a cactus,
You're as charming as an eel.
    Mr. Grinch.

    You're a bad banana
    With a greasy black peel.

    You're a monster, Mr. Grinch.
    Your heart's an empty hole.
Your brain is full of spiders,
You've got garlic in your soul.
    Mr. Grinch.

    I wouldn't touch you, with a
    thirty-nine-and-a-half foot pole.

You're a vile one, Mr. Grinch.
You have termites in your smile.
You have all the tender sweetness
    Of a seasick crocodile.
    Mr. Grinch.

Given the choice between the two of you
    I'd take the seasick croccodile.

You're a foul one, Mr. Grinch.
    You're a nasty, wasty skunk.
Your heart is full of unwashed socks
Your soul is full of gunk.
    Mr. Grinch.

The three words that best describe you,
are, and I quote: "Stink. Stank. Stunk."

    You're a rotter, Mr. Grinch.
You're the king of sinful sots.
Your heart's a dead tomato splot
    With moldy purple spots,
    Mr. Grinch.

Your soul is an apalling dump heap overflowing
with the most disgraceful assortment of deplorable
    rubbish imaginable,
Mangled up in tangled up knots.

    You nauseate me, Mr. Grinch.
    With a nauseaus super-naus.
    You're a crooked jerky jockey
And you drive a crooked horse.
    Mr. Grinch.

You're a three decker sauerkraut and toadstool
    sandwich
    With arsenic sauce.

    Take it away, JSBB!

In this show an American spy teams up with a British agent to thwart Napoleon's efforts to consolidate his control of the island of Palau-Palau.

Edit: Boy am I good at killing this game or what?

Hint: Napoleon was played by Verne Troyer - the guy who plays Mini-Me in the Austin Powers films.

It was on five years ago. It lasted about one year.

    Lets see, more hints.

It was filmed in New Zealand.

The main character's first name is part of the title of the show. He also had a costumed secret identity - The Daring Dragoon.

His horse was named Nutcracker - which was quite appropriate given that he almost always seemed to mount the horse by the old cliche of jumping down from a second story window or roof.

Absolutely no idea, and it's not credited under Verne's name on the IMDB TV appearances.

Edit: Googled it and I have actually heard of it.

I just checked - it is listed at number 6 in Verne Troyer's IMDB filmography section.

It was very much a B-T.V. series. Of course, given the star's status as one of the kings of B movies you would pretty much expect that. It is quite silly and just about every aspect of it (writing, acting, fight choreography, special effects, the theme song, etc.) is just plain BAD - and intentionally so. :D
