    IIRC that never happened in any Bond flick, it might have been a Bond spoof, or perhaps Die Another Day, which showcased motifs from all previous Bonds, but I don't remember that.

    All of the Roger Moore films were really James Bond spoofs, so let's go with... The Spy Who Loved Me!


    Although it is more likely that it is a Naked Gun or Austin Powers movie. I haven't seen any of those in a while, so I couldn't guess a title.

    Another clue, it is indeed a Bond film and Thunderball is actually VERY close.
