ToB does get annoying with the sheer amount of xp you get, for doing nearly nothing. but i digress.

The familiars. Why o why can i not have a tiger or a dog or something? (hmm, mod idea)

Whats wrong with finger of death?

Actually the boosted constitution remains for the full normal duration - even if you remove the belt. All you have to do is put it on, use it, and then swap it out for the strength enhancing belt and you have the benefits of both.

I guess it works, but it'd be kinda cheap... Still, I prefer to have Haer'dalis as support for the main tanks, getting in with OF and self-buffing as they meet the initial attack. By the end he becomes a force on his own, but in the beginning he lacks a bit. 50-something HPs... he can assist, but doesn't qualify as a frontliner. Which leaves Korgan, bloody berserk SoB that he is, pretty much solo if you don't play a fighter or barbarian.

Back to the topic, one incredibly annoying, stupid thing happened today. Minsc had been beat up badly, taking on loads of stuff in the temple ruins, near the 'indiana jones-esque' area, (you know, where you have to spell out the name). I send jaheira over to cast heal, and in doing so she pushes him onto a letter. Flame strike- minsc is toast. damn i hate that druid...
