    Come on DMC wouldn't that just make things too easy? You'd eventually get bored. :p @ Sorvo, I assume you mean drinking establishment.
    Personally I'd start with a new texture pack easily applied to my apartment and surroundings. I'm thinking SteamPunk.

    In game terms, a mod that allows me to take a peek at game files.
    I guess in real life that means some form of advanced metacognition or limited omniscience like intellectus (Jim Butcher's The Dresden Files comes closest to describing the concept).

    If I can't have those, I'll take door number two.

    Oh I like that one - can I add that to my collection? Actually I could use a controllable mind reading feature. I definitely wouldn't want to be able to read peoples minds all the time.

    I keep seeing this thread, and keep thinking of something I read back when I was a teenager looking at Alt.sex.stories.moderated called "Master PC". (Can I provide a link? This isn't the adult section). It spawned a number of stories, not all of them NSFW. Actually, it was a PG-13 fanfic of it called "OtakuPC" that directed me to the original. It wasn't even hosted on ASSTR when I found it, but on a now defunct site (link to archive.org)
    Even if you ignore the sexual implementations of the program and limit it to yourself instead of others, it still offers quite a bit for self-improvement.

    If you're linking to a website that has all kinds of stories (not confined to the M rating alone) that are accessible from within the story you link to, it's better suited for the MUG. I've made a special thread there for this. Here's a general explanation of how the M rating is applied here and what's fine to post outside the MUG and how.     The second link on archive.org is to a mostly SFW story archive that contains a single link to the Master PC universe page. The Master PC universe page has a lot of naughty stories, but Studio Asynjor (archive.org is hosting a mirror of the now-defunct site that hasn't been active since 2003 and went offline sometime in the last 5-7 years, I don't know exactly when but it did work in 2013). The page also has the original Pokegirls story "Wild Horses and Pokegirls", but surprisingly it's not a lemon story.
    I haven't been there in a while, I'd downloaded everything back in the early 2000's for reading offline, but there might be a lemon chapter or two on some of them, I honestly can't remember.
    Most were PG-13 fanfics of Ranma 1/2 and crossovers with other animes like Sailor Moon.
    Sorry, it's been almost 20 years since the site was active. Some real gems are there however.
