LETO and hak paks

    on the homepage i saw 4 pages of paks for nwn. from new classes to improving henchman int. saw the LETO download as well. the last time i downloaded LETO it came in a seperate folder on my desktop and i opened it seperately from my nwn game. i downloaded it here but cant see that anything happened. run the game and cant find the LETO program or how it lets me change anything.

    im wondering do the other packs works? or is there a trick to it. and if so. can u download more than one? would at least like to get the better henchmen INT. and the monster booster for more difficulty.

    You clicked the link or saved as? The link on SP goes to NWVault and you download it there...

    And sure, you can download multiple haks... though all of them don't play together.

    ok just curious. i have nwn gold edition. oc sou and hotu. had it downloaded on xp desktop at home. finally got it working on windows 7 laptop. downloaded the 1.69 patch from a thread on this site. and downloaded the no restrictions hak. when i hit port llast started acting strange couldnt highlight aribeth and some other henchmen to talk to. and game keeps locking up after some play time randomly. already had it downloaded on my xp desktop and worked perfect until i downloaded 1.69 patch and no restrictions hak on it as well then it does the same thing. doesnt highlight certain characters as soon as i start chapter 2 in oc. i removed the no restrictions haks from my nwn folders again. but still kept having the same problems after i removed the haks. so not sure if its the 1.69 patch or the no restrictions hakpak that is causing the problems. or maybe both.

    By downloaded do you mean you have a pirated version or one from an online store like GOG? If it's the latter, then I suspect that it comes prepatched to the latest version so applying the patch could mess it up. GOG's game versions usually don't work the same with the content meant for boxed game versions.

    no its a legal copy. i bought it years ago the nwn gold and hordes bought them together from like walmart or somewhere. in the box big yellow manual and everything. says my version is like 1.56 or 1.57. its been on my desktop a couple years now. and just decided to try it again. but was trying to add a little spice to it. did a complete uninstall and reinstalled it again. using an old version of leto that i had saved. working perfectly so far. but just recently tried the 1.69 patch the 1.69 version of leto from this sites haks and tweaks and the no restrictions hak. problem is both times i tried to download and play i put all these in together. so dont really know which one is messing it up. guess i should have tried them one at a time. didnt think about that though. ha
