    Well, Alley debates are usually the place where rep gets used the most, so if you don't post in there much, you'll rarely see any rep changes. I could just give myself 5000 reputation, but that'd be mean. :D

    Yeah, most of the rep I have is from the AoDA, but I don't enter many of the topics (or leave early) because some of the debates get quite out of hand.

    Sorry if this has already been mentioned before, but I couldn't find any reference to it.

    Is there a reason why the limit to repping the same person is there? I thought at first it was to prevent abuse by repping the same person over and over again, but I'm getting this trying to rep at least 2 people (haven't tried more yet). I tend to rep only posts which I feel are really good (not always because I agree with them) and it's a bit annoying to be told "spread your rep around". My first instinct would become to randomly rep someone just to make the thing go away, but I'm sure this is not the purpose of the limit.

    It's set to 4 intentionally to prevent abuse (positive or negative) and to encourage people not to rep the same people only constantly. I've already lowered it from 5 to 4 some time ago but I think that 4 is low enough in most cases.

    And no, there is no record of reputation given that you could see, only reputation received.

    It is just frustrating sometimes to rep a person once, not rep anyone for a week or two, and then try to rep the same person and have it tell me I can't.
