I'm still restricted to English and my native Finnish. I can speak Swedish at the level of a two-year old.

I should really learn Tok Pisin. Manmeri wokabaut long rot.

    Primary is English

    I read/write/speak Russian passably

I read/write/speak French poorly (Russian has taken up all the extra space in my head)

I can speak and understand enough Spanish and Italian to get basic necessities, directions and beer.

French fluently, same as DotW my native language.
I've a good grasp of English. Know very little German, took one class of it only. I can understand more or less written spannish and italian, since they look like french a lot. Oh and Smurf.

    English, Spanish - Fluent

Italian, Portuguese - I understand fine, but not so fluent speaking it.

German - A very small amount, not enough to keep a conversation.

    English is my primary language.

I speak small bits of French (although not nearly as well as I'd like to).

Other than that, the odd phrase or two of Japanese and Korean.

    English, French and Arabic fluently.

I can read Spanish, but not speak it well (if you exclude various bits and pieces).

@Sarevok: Actually, English was the easiest language for me. French was much harder, and written Arabic grammar is a nightmare like no other.
