    Um, no. Very no. The Kensai bonuses do happen on 3, 6, 9, 12, etc., and the half-attack bonuses are only at 7 & 13.

    So if I dual at 13 I will only lose extra damage and increased THACO bonuses. I won't lose any extra half attacks because they stop at 13. Looks like I wont be missing too much so I'll dual after all. I can always buff myself up a bit if I feel I'm not dishing out enough damage.
