Connery would be an awesome Gorion yes.

And Gary Dourdan could work as Valygar, but I think I might prefer someone with a slightly deep voice, not super deep like Kevin Michael Richardson (Sarevok), but somewhere between the too, Valygar had a fairly deep voice.

Irenicus has got to be David Warner. His voice contributed to the character more than anything else. Looks wise he'd work quite well as well. After all Irenicus is supposed to have this artifical skin stretched on his face (at least that's what I thought it was every time his portrait showed up) so with a little makeup magic he could be made to look like anything.

I agree that Liam Neeson is a good Keldorn (not as gruff as he should be, but he'll do), and Rebecca Romijn is a perfect Viconia. Harrison Ford is too old to be Anomen. Vin Diesel has got to learn acting before he's considered for a role. While the generally cheesy eeeeeeevil of BG1 Sarevok would fit him well, I doubt he's a good enough actor to pull off the more subtle BG2 personality.

I'm afraid the voices and pictures from Bioware biased me to specific actors and actresses...

    Sarevok -- Michael Dorn
    Nalia -- Drew Barrymore
    Keldorn -- Sean Connery
    Cernd -- Kevin Sorbo
    Haer'Dalis -- Colin Farrell
    Minsc -- Michael Chiklis
Jaheira -- Kari Wuhrer (from BG1 photo)

I think Famke would make a better Viconia than Rebecca.

What about Johnny Depp as Haer Dalis?

The problem with most of these guys is that they're too old (well, not Johnny Depp - but Michael Dorn, Sean Connery etc)
    Rebecca Romijn would definitely work.
Still, think the best solution would be do a Beowulf, use the original actors for their voices and CGI for the characters.

Agreed. That pleases most fans, as just about everyone loves the original voices. I can't imagine anyone else other than David Warner and Jim Cummings being Irenicus and Minsc, respectively.

But I would love to see or ever hear Sean Connery in another fantasy epic. His voice is soo cool.
