I think he is a scarily accurate representation of what I will probably look like in 30/40 years. Take away the (awesome) moustache and the years and you've got me. Weird really.

 

The rumour that Tal is a pink was started by a long standing member in order to thwart the Dragon's plans to take over the world. Pink is nothing but a watered down red. Our Dragon having absolute power over us he is in no way watered down.

PS: Maybe Frosty IS a white/silver wyrm, but with frostbite, so she turned black. Although, that would kill her, and if she is dead and moving she must be some form of undead dragon, perhaps a dracolich?... Or, maybe a mix of black wyrm and white, with black scales and frost breath, that would make her gray though, wouldn't it? Or!, maybe she was used while she was a young wyrm by a mad member of the Cult of the Dragon (perhaps Sammaster himself!) as an experiment to try and fuse white/silver wyrms with black ones, trying to create a 'perfect' wyrm so that when she became a powerful dragon she would be killed and turned into a fearsome dracolich who would fulfill their prophesies of one day dragons ruling all the small folk. However, like with all of their other schemes, it went terribly wrong and abandoned, so she was released with the appearance of a black dragon who had the breath of a white/silver, and an affinity with heavy metal music (those must be some large headphones!). She might just be a copper making itself look black and at the same time say she's a frost wyrm to simply confuse us all and make us come up with ridiculous theories of her species/origin, while she sits and laughs at our pathetic attempts to find the solution to an unbreakable enigma.

I must look further into this! Boredom deems it necessary.

 

Or it could be that she's like a polar bear and has black skin under her white scales and that's what she's referring to as being black just to confuse us; or she simply dyed /painted herself black cos she liked the colour and wanted to stand out from the crowd.

EDIT: All she wanted to do was say hello and look what she started, this one is going to be trouble I'm telling you with her innocent remarks.
