How to kill trolls?

    [​IMG] Hey help out plz. Can't kill a troll ,when he is almost dead he falls down and I cant kill him. HELP!!!!

    If you read Sylvus's excellent walkthrough you will find the only ways to permanantly kill trolls are fire & acid. Burning oil (you did collect those jars from the lizard shamans didn't you?) fire arrows, burning hands or Melfs arrow will do the trick. My own favourite is Az's scorcher, you can line 2 trolls up and barbeque them with one spell!
    You then see the troll rise, stagger and fall whilst sprouting flame.

    You can also use flaming weapons like:

    (a) the flame blade spell OR
    (b) any weapon with a flaming ability

    I kept a flaming dagger the whole game so I could polish off those pesky trolls
