Far more sinister things happen on the toilets, but you use them? :shake:

I'm sure you're right, but I don't wash myself in the toilet :p...Tal you can use a bidet all you like, I have nothing against people who do, but for some reason (possibly a traumatic moment in my child hood, who knows!) I am fearful of them and avoid them as much as I can :D

Um... you sit on the bidet just like on the toilet. It's not like you're washing using second-hand water, it's straight from the tap into a clean bowl. I just don't get what's there to be afraid of... might as well say that you don't want to use the hotel bathtub/shower because hundreds of people washed their dirty bodies in them already...

Ah, but toilets have wooden/plastic seats that aren't nearly as bone-chilling cold as the bare porcelain of a bidet. :nolike:

Hmm... interesting point. The bidet in our house has very thin sides that you sit on though, so you don't really feel any chill at all. Not sure how much of an issue that is with others, but the selection is wide enough to allow you to pick one where it won't be a problem. Granted, it is something that you need to be on the lookout for in advance.

3 times a week so I only shower after training,
Right now my instructor is gone back into deep Russia for a few months so I have to try and find the time to shower.
I hate the idea of showering once a day its crazy, hair must look terrible yuck, I personally give time for natural oils to nourish my hair and scalp rather then wash it all off :)

I use a showercap to keep my hair dry through most showers; I only wash it once weekly, and use a hybrid nylon/boar bristle brush to distribute the oils through the length.

More or less, twice a day, every day. Exceptions are Sundays when I wake up late or don't have to leave the house until late and/or look presentable until bedtime anyway :D and the like
