    8 to 9 hours is perfect, but I usually get 7 (1am to 8am, or in the weird version 9pm to 1am + 5am to 8am).
    When I'm nervous, or preoccupied with a game, I can go a few nights with 1-2 hours. I function normally, and then slip into a coma on the third day. (like now)

    To be in top condition I want my eight hours, seven is ok and six is the bare minimum and then I have to pay it back. Any less and I turn into a growling, slobbering monster.
