How good is this game?

    Gauntra, you should be able to get Morrowind very cheap now. I know people will tell the graphics are obsolete but I disagree with that. It doesn't have the beauty of Oblivion but it isn't a beautiful land to start with. Oh, some parts are nice looking. Your main enemy is rather cartoonish in my opinion. Pathing can be a pain in the neck. It doesn't really need to be modded but there are some excellent mods out. Some not so good but I think TES modders cut their teeth on Morrowind and with Oblivion brought it to a high art.

    I love the MQ in Oblivion but the story line in Morrwind is much better integrated into the game. People complain about combat in Morrowind but I found I could do a lot. I wasn't that impressed with combat in Oblivion and use a combat mod.

    For what you would pay for Morrowind it would be well worth the money.
