How do I find Valygar?

    He's in a house in the docks I think? But I think you need to speak to the wizards first to start the quest.

    Go to the government district. You'll meet a young fellow who will give you an unrelated quest which will open up a new area, where you can also find Valygar.

    (I'm purposely being a bit vague, because I'm not sure how much of a spoiler you're looking for).

    But his location is "opened up" in the gov. district as Marceror said. I can't believe I forgot that. I seem to be forgetting a lot lately :confused:

    Barmy, yes, he does have his "summer home" in the docks district. But he's recently fled the place due to the heat that is on him.
