There'll be no horses in NWN... and that's official. It'd take way too much time to make animations for characters on horses too...

[IMG] That is the best news I've heard in a long time! Horses are a menace! Riding feats should be banned! ;)

Ha! I won't even get into that one, but in your case, perhaps you should just ban *your* riding feats. Acually, I won't miss them much, though I did want to make a barbarian at one point in the style of the Huns. Killer mounted archer and combatant. Oh well. It would be a nice improvement, but I don't think I will actually keep anyone from buying the game. Though as we've seen with some people on these boards, it can cause a *Lot* of discussion ;)

[IMG] No horses, but from the screenshots there will be wagons as background 'furniture' so with judicious scripting it may be possible to run a wagon train.

[IMG] Allowing a wagon train would enable one of the classic D&D situation. How many times has your party been hired to guard a wagon train? Re-creating the classic attack by banbits on the wagons would be a excellent tool for many plot hooks and a damn neat combat scene.
