95%- I couldn't decide if it was New Hampshire or Kentucky that was an original colony.

Um, Snook, wasn't that the question that asked for 13 colonies, but two of the responses had 14 colonies and the other one had New Zealand as a colony? I thought there was only one possible answer that had 13 colonies that were all American.

I got 85%. I forgot a few questions, and one I wouldn't know because I was born an American...

    The ones I missed were:

    8. Which of the following amendments to the Constitution does NOT address or guarantee voting rights?
(19th Amendment is not correct.) What can I say? I forgot wich one *doesn't* make mention of it.

    12. How many changes or amendments are there to the Constitution?
(13 is not correct.) I admit I flat out forgot about this one. I really don't care what the current total is...so long as the second amendment doesn't get touched or altered...

    19. What INS form is used to apply to become a naturalized citizen?
(FD-258 is not correct.) Now, wow am I supposed to know that? I'm not an immigrant applying for naturalization...and government forms usually have pretty stupid names/numbers. :skeptic:

HB, this is just a small sample of some of the actual questions. If they gave too many out over the net...there would be a lot of people breezing through the test... :nono: :rolling:

85% - A little disappointing considering I have lived in the US for a little while.

    I'm actually a dual-citizen, Filipino-American, since I was born in the U.S.

40%. Good thing I'm already one or I'd fail miserably ;)

    No idea on number 19.

Number fourteen threw me off. The U.S. Senate technically does select the the Supreme Court Justices by approving the nominees. Leave it to the government not to ask who selects Supreme Court Nominees. Absurd wording, too ambiguous, specifically when coupled with how U.S. Government is taught in Highschool and College.

Oh and I forgot to answer #20... go figure.

100% As dmc said, as a lawyer, I would have beaten myself with a large blunt object if I missed any Constitution questions. I'm only a semi-practicing lawyer though... ;)

As a great cartoonist once wrote about Patrick Henry's wife commenting at the dinner table: "Oh, Patrick! Enough with the "Give me the potatoes, or give me death!" Or words to that effect... :D

Of course we do!! We were 15 votes from becoming the United States of Vespucci!! :p

95%. I missed the one about which amendment doesn't deal with voting rights.
