Being in a military organization is annoying.

Being under the command of uneducated G.I. joe wannbes is worse. Come on, I didn't spend twelve of my twenty years studying just to take orders from a primary school/kindergarten dropout!

The same uneducated bastards who think the Singapore Armed Forces has any combat capability at all. A bunch of fierce grannies armed with umbrellas could wipe us out. And that's because the really smart people who have been to school (like me) would prefer changing their nationality than dying in the defense for a country built upon hypocriticism and lies.

Attention to all Singaporeans: In the event of a real war, the only people who are going to defend you are a) stupid and incompetant, b) insane lunatics born of bad breeding, thinking that they have to be soldiers just because their fathers/grandfathers were soldiers as well.

Those of true caliber and intelligence would shrug and agree to be called Malaysian or Indonesian. Ah well. Genetic weeding is overdue in this part of the world anyway. Go SARS!

Which brings up yet another category: people who are paranoid about catching SARS and acting like utterly selfish bastards. The next taxi-driver I see refusing to ferry a nurse will have funny things happening to his tyres and windscreens if he leaves his vehicle too long in my vicinity.
Such people should be forced to work in SARS treatment hospitals without any protection and have hourly doses of the virus injected into their genitals!

Lastly, monotheists. I shall say nothing more on this point, leaving it as just an item on my list.

* Househunting - it's appalling that two well-paid professionals can't find a house worth living in!

Actually, I think I'll add a second one to my list:

People who complain way too much. About what's supposedly popular. About what's supposedly wrong. About what's supposedly crap, and so forth.

Indeed! What about people who start controversial topics just to start flame wars? I recall one that was semi-recently closed that had to do with horses and dogs and the French. That brings to mind another one. People who have multiple online identities, and use them to do annoying things without losing privileges. (That wasn't spelled right, was it?)

And then there's pop-ups. Use this tiny camera in the bathroom, so you can make sure that people don't steal anything while in the shower!

Or those pop-ups that have the minimize, maximize, and close buttons in the actual image, so when you try to close it, you actually activate the link.

I actually had to laugh out loud the other day. One of the worst kinds, the full-screen jobs, appeared.

It was an ad for a program that eliminates pop-ups.

Here's something I agree with:

I'm serious. Get Opera. So-long popups and infinite re-directing, even commercials are removable. It's perfect for someone who only wishes to get what he needs from the net.

 

People who decide that they're tough so think that they can punch anyone for no good reason.

People who think that gamers are losers and have no life.

 

Things which annoy me! What a long list. Okay for a start:

7)People who think it is cool to smoke, take drugs and drink
8)People who get annoyed with me when i nearly crash into them while driving (hay I'm just a lerner)
9)People who spell words in strange ways (ie Americans)
10)Calling the 12th of September September the 11th (Where i come from it did not happen on the 11th but the 12th and here we say the day before the month)
11) Stupid computer/vidio games which you don't have to think in (eg red alert, war craft)
12)Chicken of any sort weather it be KFC or the chicken you buy at your local store
13)People who have never opened a book in their lives let alone read one (not a mag. or a picture book a proper book)
14)People who generlise (ie. by saying they hate teenage boys when they havn't met all the ten age boys on this planet)
15)people who hate a lot of things (yeah thats right just like me )
