    @Splunge: Do you work for Microsoft's helpdesk? I mean, the answer you gave was 100% correct and completely useless. :D :p

    @Deathmage: Try to hit the rockets. What you want is as horizontal a flight path as possible. The orange balls give you a small bump when you hit the ground, the yellow ones a big bump. Beware the upwind drafts, they can give you a more vertical path than you really want. A skateboard is useful if you hit the ground in a low orbit as you will then drive a bit (depending on your speed) so you get a better chance of hitting a springboard and being sent flying again.

    EDIT: New record 2543 = 341+967+877+138+220. :banana:

    Still 50 shy of Splunge's record, though.
