I've heard a lot of good stuff about FF7 (I've been dying to play a Squaresoft game ever since I put my SNES in the basement). My question is, basically, is FF7 on the PC?

Two more questions: I have Windows ME - does the "normal" version of PC FF7 go well with ME? Second, how much does it cost?

    Thanks in advance. :)

Yes Final fantasy VII is available for PC. It is a great game although the controls using a keyboard and mouse are a bit awkward at times. I didn't have a gamepad for my PC back when I was playing it so that could help.

It was released several years ago so finding a copy might be difficult. Of course if you find it in some bargain bin of older games it will probably be fairly inexpensive. Given its age I imagine that it was released for windows 98 and running it in ME shouldn't be a problem.

I believe there are patches available if the original doesn't work on WinME. But I didn't try using them, so that's really all I know.

Yes, it's on PC too, but easier if you just buy the PSX version, download emulator like ePSXe, and start playing.

I looked for this game to PC for a very long time. When I finally got it I realized that the PS version was alot better. So I did like Virne and got the ePSXe emulator and dug up my old PS version. So do that instead is my advice.

It's for window 95 and it's buggy as hell! The music and the whole disc one is bugged...

Anyway it's a good game though, but yeah just play it with an emulator...

Well, thanks. Emulators sound like a good idea.
