    It is a complete overhaul of Civ - creating a brilliant new dark fantasy world with the Civ engine - there's one scenario in Beyond the Sword set here. There are about 15 different races, each with their own playstyle and units, 7 religions with different advantages and units, special heroes that could take down battalions...basically, it plays a lot like the Heroes of Might and Magic series, except, well, with the Civ engine.

    I could go on, but nothing I could ever babble would do the mod justice. Go have a look, it's great.

    I wouldn't compare it to Homm but it sure is a load of fun. ;)
