Dragon Age 2 Satisfaction

How happy are you with the way that Dragon Age 2 has turned out?

    Try playing it again, Shaman. You will find that your choices in the game doesn`t matter at all. Save a mage during a quest, for example, and you just have to kill him in the next chapter instead. Side with the templars at the end, and you have to kill Orsino, and then Meredith. Vice versa if you side with the mages. Its more like watching a movie, where you decide some of the dialogue.

    I haven't played the game and don't own it. I may at some point but not presently.

    Here is a big question I have. Would it make things better if you felt your decisions had an impact on the ending as with DA:O?

    You could end up fighting many of the same enemies (minor changes depending on plot choices) but have very different epilogues based on choices you made rather than something to signal DA3 is coming?


    (Yes I like spoilers and often play the game/see the movie after seeing them as knowing them-to me-doesn't take away from seeing the story develop..... though maybe if I did that more often it would've encouraged me to save my time rather than see Skyline.....)
