@Taluntain: This might clarify their view, hope the link works: Water vapour feedback

Finding IPCC's views on water cycling seems to be harder than I thought. That's almost the best I could come up with on IPCC's views on water vapour. Deforestation comes up only when CO2 emissions are concerned.

As I tried to find information I stumbled into something. Check it out: Human activity changes global water vapour patterns

So it turns out that deforestation in fact decreases evaporation. Of course that makes sense. Plants draw water from the ground by evaporating it from their leaves. Yet it is still a fact that forests do contain water. How much and does it's release into the atmosphere effect on global climate might be a different matter. But the important thing is that forests are crucial in water cycling regulation.

This bit is very informative, even though the article was written in 2005:
And I'm betting that they haven't produced substantial amounts of data during two years to say anything about the subject either way. So as far as guessings go, I'd say that IPCC has no view on the effects of water cycling on global climate. Even though it might be perfectly understandable, it's still a little strange considering how important greenhouse gas water vapour is.

Why would you do that since you seem to indicate that global warming is happening, it's just caused by the Sun. So which is it? Global warming is a myth or it's actually happening it's just not caused by man?

The real trouble with this argument is even when Miami is under 20 feet of ocean the skeptics will all say "yeah well, it's cuz the Sun got hotter."

Here's my question. Why should Global Warming effect the way you live your life? It doesn't effect the way I live mine. Now don't go ranting, just let me explain. It doesn't effect my life because I've always been an advocate for finding clean, renewable energy sources (ethanol, e85 is not one of them) like hydrogen fuel cells. I've always been for preserving the enviroment. I've recycled for as long as I can remember. I don't litter. I use energy efficient appliances. And none of it has to do with global warming. I do it because it makes me feel better knowing that the little bit I do helps keep the planet beautiful and clean. I don't like smog and acid rain. It's disgusting. Deforestation destroys species that we never knew existed, and as it is a fair amount of our vaccines/ medicines come from these forests. It's all about living a better life and leaving a better place for the next generation. That should be enough reason. Unfortunately we have politicians that just don't care about our future generations. And don't for one minute think the Democrats aren't just as bad. It'd all about the wealth and power for far too many of the.

Because Hummers and SUV's are too damn wasteful to drive if all you actually need is a Prius or a bus pass.

Because it is dependent on the Sun, when good ole Sol moves to a less active phase the Earth will cool down and we will be wishing for the good old days of global warming.

Actually, Snook, there's no reason to wait for the sun to reach a new phase. You see, once global warming has finished melting all the ice caps, we're gonna have ourselves a nice little ice age. Remember, the Coke is always coldest right after the ice has melted.

Everything that humans do affects their environment. Therefore we, as thinking, reasoning creatures need to take responsibility for what we do. We can leave the earth a little better for our descendants or we can leave it a little worse.
