Greetings once more. The more observant amongst you (or at least anyone who might read this) should have realised that there was no update on progress last week. Fear not- I have not given up on my goal.

The truth was that I was away at a badminton training camp for the week doing a lot of, unsurprisingly, badminton. Anyone who might be foolish enough to believe badminton is that nice, easy game where you hit a shuttle around in the garden during the summer really ought to think again. As I was playing pretty much all day, there was no time to do any endurance training. However, the course was hard enough to compensate for this, IMO.

Anyway, this is a build week and things are back to normal:
    Running - 155
    Biking - 260
    Bricks - 3
