Well, a couple of weeks ago I started reducing the massive dose of caffeine I used to ingest - I'm now down to two 24 oz cans. The reduction happened much sooner than it was supposed to - I decided to accelerate the process.

Man, my body didn't like the reduction... the headaches - I felt like someone kept bashing a sledgehammer on my skull 24/7. Fortunately, my bro had some Tylenol with codeine laying around (he has migraines, just like I sometimes have), so that calmed down the head-splitting pain.

The headaches arere non-existent of I get my two cans per day. Next step will be to lower it down to one 24 oz can. It'll stay this way... I have no intention to get off Jolt - and don't get me wrong, Rockstar is good stuff, but I just drank too much of it, and Full Throttle? Only once in a while. Jolt is also a much better bang for the buck than the other drinks - individually, CAN$2.29 for a 24 oz (695 mL) can, while Monster, Rockstar and all their clones ching up to CAN$3.39 for a 16 oz (473 mL). In bulk, one can of Jolt costs CAN$1.79 (24 oz) versus CAN$2.49 (16 oz) for "the others".

When you guys say "love" I'm assuming you mean "sex"...which doesn't really count, because *ALL* men are naturally addicted to sex. :heh: :rolling:

I'm addicted to eating... not food, just eating :)

It was pretty serious 2 years ago, I got real close to 100 kg limit for 15 years of age but then I started playing volleyball and stopped my weight growth while eating the same and 6 months ago I started eating healthy and tried to control myself during the day...

And it's going great, I lost 6 kg (89 kg), I'm great at my sport, I look a hell lot better but there's a long way to go... Sometimes it's pretty hard to control yourself, but I'm managing...

Definitely addicted to tea. It must be Yorkshire strength, in a huge mug, with skimmed milk (skimmed for taste - I've been drinking nothing but for 25 years and anything else just tastes off to me now). I'll have two of those when I wake up and several more before bed.
I can survive without tea if, say, I go on holiday somewhere, but otherwise I drink it by the bucketload.

My other half is addicted to Coke (the real thing, not the Bolivian marching powder) and gets really moody if he can't have any. If he drinks Coke after a break he pulls all sorts of grimaces, like Dr Jekyll after he's drunk the brew that will turn him into Mr Hyde. It's not pretty. And not very healthy either, but he's not the sort of guy who will take advice/criticism. Oh well, it's his bones and blood sugar, I suppose!

I was addicted to Ultima Online for seven years and would get severely stressed if my 'net went down or PC had a problem. I've just kicked that particular habit, though. ;)

For me, it's not that aspect at all, it's the feeling that accompanies that initial attraction :D :p

Getting a slight addiction to WoW as well finally so it's probably a good thing I don't have it at home
