On my third playthrough in just over a year or so and just had this happen. I didn’t even purposely try it (why would I?), but somehow when I secured Vigil’s Keep, and went though my inventory, I gave Oghren a 2-hand axe, went to the “enchantment” lady, and there it was, embedded in his axe and giving its normal bonuses. Plus I still have the helmet to wear if needed.

Is this known and/or normal? No mention of it in Dragon Age wiki. Weird.
