    Really varies depending on room, but my own preference is for earthy shades such as burnt orange & terracota which is how I would do my office (except it'll be Magnolia as we're intending to sell in the next couple of years)

    I wouldn't want these in the bedroom or bathroom though.

    I don't particularly like browns but that's because my parents house was 1970's 'tastic where just everything was in shades of brown - even down to the bathroom suite. Brown just feels too dated.

    Having a spent a lot of time living out of a suitcase and renting places one colour I really hate is Magnolia or any other version of off-white or cream.

    Th ecolour schemes I like to use are blues, greens and purples

    My dream home would be real whole log home, some of the interior walls might be white, but I love honey colored natural wood.
