    Pure, black, sometimes bitter and sometimes sour and sometimes neither. Kinda like it is with women if you believe Matthetais.

    Not that I don't like a mocha or something but I prefer a new type of grain over a new type of syrup. Milk is tricky, as is sugar.

    The best cappuccino I've had was probably the one in an Italian museum cantina (Galleria Borghese, -1 floor, can't miss it), forget cafeterias.

    Pressure expressos are a must but most of the time I use that tiny Italian kettle or whatever's the name of it. (Which is also a pressure device anyway.)
