    That's meant for programming code actually. Basically any php, html, javascript, etc.

    Sometimes it can be useful for non-programmers as well because text posted as code doesn't get reformatted according to the board standards but for instance retains more than one space, so you can post things like this:

    Code:
    Here              we              go            ....
    You can also post ASCII-art with it and various program output logs, etc. But primarily it's useful for posting code, where preserving formatting can be crucial.

    I'm not sure how it happened but just a little while ago I noticed that all the text and icons on the site have suddenly grown in size. So I checked other sites like wikipedia/youtube, and everything else seems normal except this site and a few others with similar message boards. Normally I wouldn't complain, except the size/colors is giving me a headache.

    Edit:
    Nevermind, solved the problem. I accidentallly discovered how to auto-zoom text using the mouse.

    There is no quick overview like for reputation at the moment, but in your public profile, under the Statistics tab, you can see who you thanked and who thanked you.

    I was just making a post from my home computer (something I don't often do), and saw that an automatic spell check pointed out my many typos. This doesn't happen on my work computer. Is this new, or is there some setting that is computer-specific?
