    Now, let's see.

    Octara - Britishness and fencing makes her a must-have in any piratey action.
    Aikanaro - I need my roleplaying fix, otherwise I wither up and die...
    Slith/Vimes/Dareth - In case we needed to kill someone in the face.
    Arabwel - The fangirl with a katana! She'll protect me from any danger, and write interesting stories about slashing people in the meantime!
    Rallymama - Someone's gotta know where they're going...
    Noc_Nomad - He's a ninja nomad. 'nuff said.

    And here's some others I have considered for your enjoyment.

    Chevalier - As the mermaid. That ought to protect us from any evil spirits.
    Lokken - I don't know why I didn't bring him.
    sydax - Loyal fan.
    Jaguar - My bastard son, but I would probably have to flog him 39 times for rape or something.
    Takara - He'd turnipfy all the food. Plus, I don't trust him anymore after the Pierre business.
    Taluntain - Spare food, sacrificial uses.
    Sorvo - He'd drink up all the alcohol before we can, although with a match he'd be downright devastating.
    Falstaff - School teacher, so is probably good with whips when flogging is required. Also likely to be a good shot.
    Frosty - Sorry, but Britishness and fencing skills are already taken.
    Mystra - Good barmaid, but not alive.
    ChanServ - Would probably make a pretty good anchor.
    NaeVa - Meat shield.
    Rotku - When the going gets tough, chuck Rotku at them!

    Well, clearly, I'll be on my own crew, so that's one down.
    Secondly, I'll have to bring Deathmage, the ladykiller. Capable of chasing off anything female with bad pick-up lines from a thousand yards, he's a valuable addition to any crew.
    I need someone to man the oars, so I'd have to drag Kitrax along, and probably Sorvo along with him. Possibly even SoCo.
    Extremist, Beren, or Taluntain would make excellent brute-types, slap the men around if they get too rough, and such.
    chevalier as the chaplain, naturally.
    Falstaff as the questionably-homosexual fencing instructor.
    Octara/8people as said instructor's protege.

    That's close enough to six. A bit over. But whatever.
