    If you're thinking of the one in the city of Baldur's Gate (north, middle section) then it's no surprise you can't remember his name; he doesn't have one! He's only referred to as 'Priest of Helm'. But if you're thinking of the one in Nashkel, his name is Nalin. I wasn't able to make either of them say the quote, though. :(
