Better graphics

    [​IMG] I'm not entirely certain about the reason, but it seems to me that IWD graphics are richer in color and more clear than the other BI games....might have more to do with my GeForce2 instead of the old Rage Magnum, but still IWD seems to have "nicer" visual effects.

    I agree that the artwork in IWD in general is better than in the BG games. Now don't get me wrong, BG2 has it's moments for sure, and at points puts IWD's graphics to shame. But overall, the BG settings seem much more generic, while some of IWD's are more richly detailed and seem to...well..."pop" more than BG's. Wrym's tooth is one of the more spectacular places I've seen yet in any game. IWD's graphics team deserves a lot of praise for the look of the game, as does the sound team. Now only if the pathfinding team had lived up to those lofty goals;)
