Have read all of the army books now (bar Chaos Daemons) and ARGH! I'm having to physically restrain myself from going out and buying more armies! Whenever I read a book all I can see is an army before me, waiting for me to assemble and paint it up, not following 'standard' colours, not following the beardy routes, a delicate army full of fluff and and spirit more than power and such standard measures. I read about the Coatl in the Lizardmen army books and immediately I want to buy a dragon and convert it to have a skink priest riding it, even if it isn't legal! Would look so cool if I could pull it off!

Don't think I could obviously  Will save it as a project if I ever get round to collecting Lizardmen :bad: I feel I should like them a whole lot more, I used to be really interested in Aztecs and Dinosaurs so the combination should be awesome... but there's something just a little bit too... tame I guess, distant.

I like my army to have spirit, I know my Nehekharans are a little dull, but their characters have the willpower and strength to call masses of undead to their bidding in what is a magically dead part of the world, they do have a bit of fire to them! Then there's the Beastmen who are filled with strength and hate and bloodlust, The Druchii who moved from Fantasia to the cold wastes, and thrived, driven by internal intrigue and lust for power, Asrai who fight to the death for their homeland or be destroyed by it.

Lizardmen? Are the auditors of the game world. But they are growing on me. Vampires interest me and I am tempted to perhaps get a small force when I have money and have finished up an army. Even Brettonians interest me a little, if only as a small project.

Ogres I can't tell if they're cute, miunderstood, enormous freaks or truly vile creatures! They keep pet Gnoblars! For an army centred around eating and food, they are surprisingly interesting. Warriors of Chaos I would have to run a full Slaaneshi army, I am not fond of Tzeench, Khorne and Nurgle simply disinterest me, I like a quick army and one that fights for pleasure appeals to me.

Greenskins amuse me, but that's all they are, vaguely amusing. Altur... I can't believe I'm admitting this, look like they could be quite interesting. I would do an army centred around Avelorn I think, they're the most fey and like Wood Elves, they're army lists can be quite fun by the look of them, they are a collection of specialists, I drew up an army list using very few unit types, may have to collect a small force one day.

Skaven I do not like the new models, they look like naked mole rats! I would probably try and build an elitist army of Fancy Rats if I collected them  Imperial... I was thoroughly disappointed reading the book. I was expecting a lot more than traditional german dullness. Dwarves I don't even consider, While they would be perfect for my physical stature, my arms are very short and when I use fast armies I have to move round the table as I simply cannot reach across! Good for terrain though "It can't be within 6" of the board centre" is good because I can't even reach that far!
